Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from DSA Books. This policy explains when refunds are available for ebooks and physical books. Payment refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Paystack (NGN) or Stripe (USD) where applicable.

Ebooks (digital)

• Generally non-refundable once you have downloaded or accessed the file from your library.
• If you were charged twice, received the wrong title, or cannot access a purchase due to a technical fault on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
• Approved ebook refunds revoke library access to the affected title.

Physical books

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused books in original resaleable condition (undamaged cover, no writing or highlighting).
• Custom or clearly marked non-returnable items are excluded.
• To start a return, email support@stephenakintayofoundation.org with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
• Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Bundles

Bundle refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If any ebook in a bundle has been downloaded, a full refund may not be available. Contact support with your order details.

Cancelled & failed orders

If payment fails or you abandon checkout before paying, no charge is made. Pending orders that are cancelled by us or expire without payment are not charged. If you were charged but your order was not fulfilled, contact us immediately.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 5–14 days to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or non-delivery).

How to request a refund

Email support@stephenakintayofoundation.org with your order number, reason for the request, and (for physical returns) photos if the item arrived damaged. See also our Help center and Shipping policy.
