1. Agreement

By accessing DSA Books or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

2. Products

We sell ebooks (digital PDF downloads) and physical books authored or published by Dr. Stephen Akintayo and related titles. Product descriptions, formats, and prices are shown on each product page. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Checkout requires a signed-in account so we can deliver ebooks to your library.

4. Orders & payment

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) as selected at checkout.
• NGN payments are processed by Paystack; USD payments by Stripe.
• An order is confirmed when payment is successfully received and marked paid.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or error.
• Applicable VAT and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Digital products licence

Ebooks are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or remove watermarks from downloaded files. Access is granted through your account library after payment.

6. Physical delivery

Physical books are shipped to addresses you provide. Delivery times and shipping fees are described on our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. Ebooks are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, covers, logos, and book materials — is owned by Dr. Stephen Akintayo, Stephen Akintayo Foundation, or licensors. You receive only the limited licence described above for purchased ebooks.

9. Disclaimer

Books provide educational and motivational content; they are not personalised financial, legal, or investment advice. Dr. Stephen Akintayo and DSA Books are not liable for decisions you make based on book content. The store is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the store or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
