Digital delivery (ebooks)

Ebooks are delivered instantly after successful payment. They appear in your account library where you can download watermarked PDF files. No shipping fee applies to digital-only orders. Ebooks are available worldwide in USD or NGN depending on your checkout currency.

Physical delivery (Nigeria)

Physical books are currently shipped within Nigeria. At checkout you will select a delivery address and shipping tier:

• Standard shipping — typically 3–5 business days nationwide after dispatch.
• Express shipping — next business day in Lagos and Abuja where available; otherwise as fast as logistics allow.

Free standard shipping applies to Nigerian orders over ₦50,000 (or equivalent threshold shown at checkout). Shipping fees for international USD orders are calculated at checkout based on site settings.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email receipt when your order is paid and a shipping notification with tracking when your package is dispatched.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email tracking details (carrier and tracking number) to the address on your account. You can also view order status under My orders.

Undeliverable packages

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns

Return and refund rules for physical and digital products are described in our Refund Policy. DSA Books offers a 14-day satisfaction window for eligible unused physical books.
